Test fuel pack
E85 fuel, the one the #17 runs on, for several test sessions. Driving is how we fine-tune the engine map.

Ten euros is not much. But put together, they make the parts that let the car take the start at Silverstone in July 2027.
Both matter, but not in the same way. Choose your way in: the rest of the page takes you there.

Materials, machining, electronics, software, logistics or financial support: your name joins the car, the polo shirts and the stand, and we document what your contribution made possible.
See the partnership proposal →
Former student, relative of a member, car enthusiast: a donation, however small, pays for a part or a tank of test fuel. Everything goes through HelloAsso, in two minutes.
Support the #17 →Individual or company, you can also fund a specific part or tool: see the donation packs.
Visibility, recruitment, network: three concrete benefits, described in the same terms as our partnership proposal.

The partnership proposal presents the project, the levels of support and what you get in return. It is the document to pass on to your management or partnerships department to decide on supporting us.

Your company comes with us to Silverstone, the most legendary circuit in the world: international visibility, in front of more than a hundred teams and their judges. Your logo also appears on the polo shirts worn all year by more than eighty students, on the walls of the school, on the posters for our events and on our website. Locations depend on the package you choose.
More than eighty engineering students who have run an industrial project from start to finish, with deadlines, a budget and a jury. They may be the people you recruit in two years' time.
Joining the EIGSI network means being seen by more than 10,000 people. We also connect our partners with each other, with the school, and with Formula Student teams from other countries.
Our mission for the season, and what we are aiming for next.
Pass Formula Student UK scrutineering, then start all four dynamic events at Silverstone, in July 2027.
A car that complies with every European competition, so we can enter it beyond Silverstone: England today, further afield later. The team is open to Formula Student Spain, in Barcelona.
The 2026-2027 season costs close to €30,000. Your support does not just pay for the trip: it gets the car running.

A tool, a material, access to a machine or a part made from our drawings: an in-kind contribution counts as much as a bank transfer. We put a value on it, and the benefits follow.
Whatever the amount: a place in every newsletter, and a visit to the school and the workshop whenever you like, even for an individual making a one-off donation on our HelloAsso page.

These four levels are a starting point. In practice, most of our partnerships are built case by case: an in-kind contribution, a part made from our drawings, access to a machine, a benefit that is not in this table. Tell us what matters to your company: we adapt.
From the first message to your logo on the car, here is how a partnership is set up.
A message to communication@eigsiformulateam.fr, in a few lines: what you could contribute, and what interests you in the project.
Financial or in kind. For an in-kind contribution, we put a value on it as we do before the Cost & Manufacturing jury, and the benefits follow that value.
A partnership agreement for the season, then your logo takes its place on the car and on our materials.
Accounting treatment (in France): sponsorship is a communication expense, deductible from taxable profit; it is not patronage and does not give rise to the corresponding tax reduction. Please confirm with your accountant.
Most of our partners do not bring money, but a resource we would not otherwise have.
| Type | Examples | What it changes for us |
|---|---|---|
| Financial | Season, travel, manufacturing | A budget earmarked for an identified item, with a report back to you on how it was used. |
| Engineering | Expertise, instrumentation, validation | An engineer who reviews a study, lends a measuring device or validates a system. |
| Industrial | Machining, materials, manufacturing | A part made in your workshops, or material supplied. |
| Software | CAD, simulation, data acquisition | A student licence or access to a computing tool. |
| Logistics | Transport, storage, accommodation | A unit, a van, accommodation during the competition. |
| Communication | Photo, video, media | A feature, an edit, visibility on your channels. |
A contribution in skills, resources or materials counts as much as financial support. Here is what would move the car forward right now.
Precision machining, sheet metal work, welding, composite manufacturing.
Sensors, data acquisition, test benches, dimensional inspection equipment.
Travel to competitions, consumables, tyres, accommodation.
First at Silverstone: your logo travels with the car to the most legendary circuit in the world, in front of teams and judges from many countries. International visibility, which you also find closer to home: on the polo shirts the team wears all year, on the walls of EIGSI, a school of 1,000 engineering students, and on the posters for our events. Locations depend on your partnership package: on the car during races, at our events, or both.

From the La Rochelle workshop to the international group, each one brings what it does best. Together, these contributions get the car running.
Describe in a few lines what you could contribute: an amount, a technical resource, a material, time. We will come back to you with a costed proposal, based on the table above.
This information is used only to review your partnership proposal and to reply to you. It is not shared with anyone outside the team and is kept for the duration of the partnership, then for three years after our last exchange.
The form prepares an email in your own mail application: nothing is sent until you send it yourself. To see or have your information deleted, write to communication@eigsiformulateam.fr: we reply within one month at most. Find out more.
The 2027 season fundraiser is open on HelloAsso, in the name of the ESEP EIGSI association.
Every euro given goes to an identified part of the car: you know where your donation goes.
Individual or company, each pack matches a specific part or piece of equipment, at its real price. The money goes to that purchase and nothing else: we then tell you what it made possible.
The cheapest pack is €10. The most expensive, a second tool trolley, is €562. Two items cannot be funded with money: we are looking for the item itself or access to it.
Fuel, sensors, drivetrain, tyres, driver safety: these packs fund what runs with the #17, in testing as at Silverstone.
E85 fuel, the one the #17 runs on, for several test sessions. Driving is how we fine-tune the engine map.
A reinforced DID 520 chain transmits the engine's torque to the differential. It wears with every run and is replaced before the competition.
A 13-inch racing tyre. The car needs four, and the rubber wears with every session on track.
An FIA-approved 6-point harness, required to go out on track. It is what holds the driver in an impact.
A travel sensor continuously measures how far a suspension compresses. With it, the data logging shows how the chassis works on track.
A new 13-inch magnesium wheel, 2.45 kg against 3.4 kg for an aluminium one. Less unsprung mass means a wheel that follows the track better.
Each workshop tool has a priority, set by the technical team according to what it is holding up.
Without this equipment, a job would be blocked.
A tool that saves a lot of time or adds a lot of reliability.
Equipment that clearly improves day-to-day work.
A comfort or an optimisation tool.
Without this equipment, a job would be blocked.
The tool trolley is used by every department at every session. With every tool in its place, that is time spent building the car instead of looking for a spanner.
It is the tool we use most, for every assembly and disassembly, in every department. With this pack, we work faster and more neatly, several of us at once.
No drill bits, no fixing holes, so no assembly.
Where a normal spanner will not fit, the built-in ratchet saves precious time. This pack covers the full range of sizes, from 4 to 30 mm.
To reach bolts deep in tight spots, nothing beats a box spanner. The set covers 4 to 30 mm.
The brakes are the most critical system on the car. This kit lets us bleed the circuit properly and guarantee reliable braking.
Sorted and stored screws mean fewer losses, fewer mistakes and a more efficient workshop.
An 18 V cordless drill-driver with two batteries and 96 accessories. With it, we become more independent and more mobile, including at the circuit. It is the tool everyone uses, all the time.
Today, the car is supported only by the car lift, which is very restrictive: we cannot, for example, remove the floor. With stands under the wheels, the underside is free and the work is much safer and simpler. This pack is used only to fund them.
Hoses, harnesses, fixings: these ties hold everything in place.
A tool that saves a lot of time or adds a lot of reliability.
Screws, washers, lock nuts: fasteners are everywhere on the car. Do you have some in stock, or do you work in fastening? A simple equipment donation moves us forward.
Fuel, cooling: a leaking circuit means a car that does not run. This box of O-rings is for resealing our circuits.
A sturdy workbench at the right height, with drawers for storage. That is where the parts take shape.
A damaged thread no longer means a part to throw away. This kit lets us save parts and time, across every department.
Setting valve, brake and assembly clearances: it all comes down to a tenth of a millimetre. This gauge gives us the precision we need.
To rework the harness and make clean electronic solder joints.
Where space is tight, these 11 extra-long sockets let us tighten without dismantling anything.
Equipment that clearly improves day-to-day work.
Our first trolley is already full. A second one, with 283 pieces, frees up the workshop and lets several teams work at the same time without getting in each other's way.
After machining and drilling, we need to clean up and vacuum spilled liquids. A clean workshop is a safer workshop for the whole team.
A 150 mm cast-iron vice to hold our parts firmly during machining and assembly.
Cutting, sanding, drilling, finishing: this rotary tool and its 96 accessories let us carry out all our precision work.
With 1,356 Nm of torque, it removes and refits the wheels in seconds.
A comfort or an optimisation tool.
Today, fitting and balancing our wheels depends on an outside garage. With this pack, we do it ourselves, whenever and wherever we want, including at the circuit.
Vacuum bag, pump, consumables: everything we need to make our own composite parts, such as the sidepods.
Our laminated parts need to be cured to reach their full performance. Do you have an oven, a curing oven or access to this kind of equipment? You can help us without spending a single euro.
To analyse the car's signals in detail and take the on-board instrumentation further.
A single compressor powers the spray gun, the air blower, the inflator and the impact wrench. By funding it, you unlock a whole set of tools.
For straight, accurate holes, a second-hand pillar drill.
